2. All the people who are part of the society: Dignitaries - Directors - Shareholders - Passports or identity cards, in the case of resident foreigners, a scan of the Residence card. Utility bills or bank statements that show the address.
   
   
3. If you establish your tax residence at an address different from Corpus in Panama, please provide a service receipt that details the chosen address.​

Once you complete the application, the president or legal representative of the company must sign a sworn statement confirming the truthfulness of the information provided.
